At Greenspoon Marder, we believe that it is our responsibility to make a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work. The Greenspoon Marder Foundation allows us to accomplish that objective by supporting charitable organizations which are dedicated to fostering initiatives to sustain our communities and providing resources to improve lives.
Who We Are
When Greenspoon Marder was founded in 1981, co-founders Gerald Greenspoon and Michael Marder set out to earn the reputation as being valued legal and business advisors who provide legal representation to businesses and individuals who want effective representation delivered with a personal touch.
It is this same personal touch that inspired us to become more involved with our community and local charities. That is why in December of 2012, we launched the Greenspoon Marder Foundation, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting charitable organizations that work to sustain our communities and provide resources to improve the lives of those in need.
The Greenspoon Marder Foundation is a Florida-based non-profit organization that is tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our involvement with numerous community service organizations and our support of local business leaders allows us to extend our reach in the communities where we live, work and serve our clients.
Greenspoon Marder is proud of our work with organizations such as the Dan Marino Foundation, Junior Achievement, Chris Evert Charities, Casa Valentina, ArtREACH, and many more. It is through our work with these organizations that we are able to give back to those in need. As the Greenspoon Marder Foundation grows, we hope to enhance these relationships and build new ones that will help champion our mission.
Working together to form partnerships that make a difference for all.
